TDOC FOIL can be searched by name and race, aliases, TDOC or TOMIS number, or State ID. Its overview says a result may include a photo, status, location, offense, sentence, hearing, and release information. “May” is essential. Not every result has every field, and a TDOC photo is not necessarily the photograph taken during a Gibson County booking.

Gibson County Photo Record Limits
